Below is a biography on each of the current Executive

Natalie Hall |
Natalie has been working as Rick Ellis’s Executive Assistant initially at EDS New Zealand where Rick was the VP and MD of EDS, New Zealand's largest IT Services employer with a staff of over 2400 since late 2005 and in May 2006 joined Rick where he is now in his second term as Chief Executive Officer at TVNZ, New Zealand's public broadcaster.
Natalie worked with Rosemary Howard former CEO of TelstraClear since the merger of TelstraSaturn and CLEAR Communications to form TelstraClear in December of 2001. Prior to the merger Natalie worked for CLEAR Communications' CEO Peter Kaliaropoulos.
Previously, Natalie lived and worked in London travelling extensively throughout Great Britain, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. During this time, she developed a number of skills within the corporate environment predominantly in the recruitment and telecommunications industries.
Natalie has a certificate on Commerce Studies and a certificate in Public Relations Tactics.
Natalie has a passion for dancing having been a Sky City Cheerleader for 4 years. Her interest in dance started at age 5 when she began learning ballet, jazz and hip hop.
Today Natalie enjoys pilates, kickboxing and spending time with her family and friends. Natalie's passion for travel is never far from her mind.
Natalie is a co-founder of Conoscenti with accountability for the events portfolio for the past 4 years.

Colleen Fitzgerald |
Colleen has over 25 years’ experience in administration management, public relations and marketing for a number of high profile companies in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. As the Corporate Support Services Manager at Bank of New Zealand, she is responsible for the management of the administrative/support function for the corporate office, as well as the running of the Managing Director’s office.
Colleen has well developed organisational and planning skills, which are put to the test regularly as she develops and executes corporate events for the Bank’s senior executives and the board of directors.
Prior to joining Bank of New Zealand in 1998, Colleen worked in Auckland for Ray White Real Estate, CB Richard Ellis, Hitchcocks Realty Brokers and in Sydney for five years for Ray White Real Estate. She was involved in various administrative functions including recruitment of administrative staff, writing of operations manuals, preparation of company staff newsletters, organisation of training, seminars and sales rallies, implementation of recognition programmes and liaison with public relations and advertising agencies.
Previously Colleen lived and worked in London working for Massey Fergusson as PA to the Financial Director and for a large multi national construction company.
Anna McGuire |
Anna has been Executive Assistant at Pernod Ricard New Zealand since 2001, starting when the company was Montana Wines, then transitioning through to Allied Domecq, which was then bought by Pernod Ricard in October 2005.
Prior to her current role Anna worked at Air New Zealand for 9 years, in various PA roles.
Formerly Anna was a commercial teacher at Carrington Tech and also Auckland Technical Institute, and holds a Teachers Certificate in Adult Education.
Anna’s interests include enjoying food and fine wine with her family and friends, travelling overseas to visit her 3 daughters, and attending theatre and dance at every opportunity. Anna walks regularly and has walked three marathons, and many half marathons.
Selena Helleur |
Selena has over 15 years experience in senior professional administration roles over a variety of sectors including travel, residential building, steel, apparel, accountancy and also a period living in London where she worked for solicitors in the music and entertainment field.
In May 1998 Selena joined the legacy Coopers & Lybrand Firm immediately prior to their global merger with Price Waterhouse to form PricewaterhouseCoopers where she remained for 11 years and during the last six years held the role of EA to the CEO. The role was responsible for Board support, senior client interaction and executive dealings and liaison, co-ordination of activities with external parties such as the ASRB as secretariat for 3 years, NZICA, the MED and other regulatory agencies as well as learning and educational aspects of PwC secretarial functions nationwide.
In August 2009 an external opportunity presented itself as EA to the CEO of Westpac New Zealand which Selena accepted. The role has provided Selena a fresh focus and plenty of new challenges and variety supporting a busy CEO and all aspects of the CEO office.
Beyond work, Selena has a passion for travel and an enthusiasm for fitness and the outdoors which she tries to balance with her enjoyment of food, wine and music.
Vicky Lowe |
Vicky has been the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Stella Travel Services (previously Gullivers Travel Group) and joined just prior to the company being purchased in July 2006.
Vicky has spent most of her career in the travel industry having previously worked for Qantas Airways for eight years and prior to that, Ansett New Zealand in varying sales and administrative roles. Although most of her training has been within the travel industry, she also undertaking studies in small business management.
In this ever evolving role, Vicky has developed a diverse range of skills, and thrives on the opportunities that are presented on an ongoing basis. The role also enables her to share her knowledge and experience to assist and mentor others in their own personal and professional development.
Her interests (aside from travelling of course) include health and fitness, house renovations and the odd bit of baking!
